The Process:
In late 2007, campus planners began the process of updating the Long-Range Development Plan. The LRDP will set forth a policy an implementation framework to guide future campus development. This process encourages the campus community to become involved on how the campus is planned.
Participation:
Students, faculty, staff, and the general public have all been encouraged to provide their input in the future development of the campus. From siting facilities within the academic core to locating future student housing neighborhoods, collaboration from all stakeholders plays an important role in designing a campus that fully integrates the views of all participating in campus life. The policies and implementation strategies generated from the series of workshops, forums and focus groups will be relied upon to inform the LRDP.
