Circulation: Transit Access
A full functioning university requires a reliable means of transporting people to and from campus. Students, faculty, staff and visitors all depend on various modes of transportation to move about the area. Public transportation represents one alternative in meeting this need. The draft concept map below identifies the transit circulation routes contemplated for the UC Merced campus. These roadways are designed to accommodate various transit modes including regional and community transit services and an intra-campus shuttle.
